INFORMATION REGARDING ORDERS

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes you can - contact our Customer Service Centre and advise the amended order details. If the goods have already been dispatched we are unable to amend the order details.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes you can - contact our Customer Service Centre ASAP and advise that you wish to cancel the order. If the goods have already been dispatched we are unable to cancel the order.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Yes you can - contact our Customer Service Centre and advise the amended shipping details. If the goods have already been dispatched we are unable to amend the shipping address.

WHY HAS MY ORDER (OR A PART OF MY ORDER) BEEN CANCELLED?

Sometimes when multiple products are ordered of the same item and size, our inventory control systems do not have time to update inventories in a short period. In this case we unfortunately may need cancel and refund part or all of your order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK?

If an item is out of stock and we cannot back-order it for you we will refund you the payment for that item ASAP. You will receive a notification email as soon as we refund your original payment method.

WHAT KIND OF EMAILS WILL I RECEIVE ABOUT MY ORDER?

When an order is placed you will receive an Order Confirmation email confirming your order. We will then send you a Shipping Confirmation Email once the order has been shipped.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ORDER OR PRODUCT?

In the unlikely event that we send you an order that is not yours or send you the wrong products, please contact our Customer Service Centre and we will make arrangements to have the order returned and the correct items sent.

AM I ABLE TO DO A PHONE ORDER RATHER THAN ORDER THROUGH THE WEBSITE?

Whilst we try to make our website as easy and secure as possible, we understand that some customers would prefer to order over the phone. Simple call our Customer Service Centre and we will take your order for you over the phone and email you an invoice for secure payment. Once payment confirmation has been received your order will be shipped.
