SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

When your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with a shipping tracking link to your order. Make sure you have your order number and email address available to receive the order update. Simply enter this on the Couriers Please / Australia Post website to track the delivery of your parcel from dispatch at our warehouses to final delivery to your address.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We deliver to most countries worldwide. Check HERE for details of shipping charges and delivery times.

Note for overseas orders:
Orders to New Zealand greater than NZD$200 will incur customs charges and taxes, including GST. The value these charges apply to, and the charges and taxes are subject to change at any time and neither Corporate Apparel Group nor our couriers have control over these charges. Corporate Apparel Group will not declare international orders as a "Gift". 

You will be wholly liable for the payment of all customs charges and taxes. The items will be held by customs and will not be released for delivery until all customs charges and taxes are paid. The order cannot be cancelled or returned to sender if held.

All other international orders may also be subject to local customs, duties and taxes. You will be wholly responsible and liable for these charges. Corporate Apparel Group accepts no responsibility for any additional charges and cannot accept a return and refund of those goods if the charges are not paid. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?

Most orders that are placed by 11am are dispatched within 36 hours, however if stock needs to be transferred to our central dispatch warehouse it may take up to 72 hours. Delivery of the goods depends on the shipping method. Standard shipping can take up to 8 days depending on where you want the goods delivered.

PLEASE NOTE: During Post Covid-19, general sale periods and holiday periods shipping may be delayed due to logistics and supply chain management, as well larger volume of orders that we process.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Yes you can - contact our Customer Service Centre ASAP and advise the amended shipping details. If the goods have already been dispatched we are unable to amend the shipping address.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES FOR AN ORDER?

We offer FREE SHIPPING to anywhere in Australia for orders $100+ (See more below)

AUSTRALIA-WIDE SHIPPING

Ron Bennett Big Mens is happy to offer free shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100 we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.90 Australia wide. Fast, convenient delivery across Australia:For your convenience we ship all orders via Couriers Please or Australia Post,depending on where you want your goods delivered.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We ship to over 90 Countries worldwide using Australia Post Express Post International. Shipping rates per country are as follows:
New Zealand: $39.90
Rest of World: $49.90

All international orders may be subject to local customs, duties and taxes. You will be wholly responsible and liable for these charges. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your consignment number. Simply enter this on the Couriers Please / Australia Post website to track the delivery of your parcel from dispatch at our warehouses to final delivery to your address.

PARCEL DELIVERY

By default parcels are left without a signature, however you may nominate to have your parcel signed for. If you are not at home when the parcel arrives, a notice will be left at your address notifying you to contact the depot for arrangement of pick up.

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Our online store aims to process and pack your order as fast as possible. This means your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not left the warehouse. To change your shipping address, email our Customer Service team at [e-mail] as soon as possible.

DELIVERY TERMS

We aim to deliver products to you at the place of delivery requested by you within the time indicated by us at the time of your Order, but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates.

 

We will try to let you know if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

 

You may grant us an 'authority to leave' when placing your Order. If you do, you understand and agree that this authority to leave gives us and/or our couriers permission to leave the Order in question unattended by the front door – or, where applicable, at the reception or concierge's desk, or as per your instructions – of the delivery address without obtaining a signature confirming delivery at the delivery location. In these circumstances, you understand and agree that by granting us authority to leave, we and our couriers are released of all responsibility and liability for the Orders delivered and left unattended, and that this responsibility and liability transfer to you on delivery.

 

You must ensure that you are able to take delivery of the product without undue delay and at any time reasonably specified by us. If you are not, the couriers may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier. If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within two weeks of our first attempt to deliver the product to you) accept delivery or collect the product from the carrier, then we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following:

 

(a) charge you for our reasonable storage fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us; or

 

(b) no longer make the product available for delivery or collection and notify you that we are cancelling the applicable Contract, in which case we will refund to you or your credit or debit card company as applicable any money paid to us, less our reasonable administration charges (including for attempting to deliver and then returning the product, and any storage fees as provided for above).

 

Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Order and arrange for cancellation of the Order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.

 

Unless otherwise specified by you, all risk in the product shall pass to you upon delivery. If delivery is delayed, risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the product.

 

You must take care when opening the product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments.
